           Mission, Leadership and Contact Information

Our Mission:

ADA Watch is a project of the National Coalition for Disability Rights, an alliance of hundreds of disability, civil rights, and social justice organizations united to defend and promote the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the human rights of children and adults with physical, mental, cognitive and developmental disabilities. We are a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization and we operate in partnership with the Bazelon Center for Mental Health Law.

Unrestricted permission is granted to forward, copy, reprint, or otherwise publish all original content posted on the ADAWatch.org website or included in our Action Alerts and other mailings. Attribution is appreciated. Positions taken by ADA Watch/NCDR do not necessarily reflect the views of our individual partner organizations.

We do not provide individual legal representation or consultation.  For legal assistance, we strongly recommend contacting the disability law center near you.

ADA Watch/NCDR is grateful for the ongoing legal support we receive from the Bazelon Center for Mental Health Law, Disability Rights Education and Defense Fund (DREDF), and the National Disability Rights Network.
