ADA WATCH is holding a series of events to call attention to judicial activist presidential nominees, especially Jeffrey Sutton. Sutton has been in the forefront of the Federalist Society efforts to roll back disability rights, minority, women and elderly rights and indeed all U.S. domestic policy to pre FDR days. Sutton, whose hearing is January 30, believes in using the Judiciary to limit and dismantle laws passed by Congress. ADA WATCH plans events for January 27, 29 and 30th. For the Press conference on 1/27/03, ADA WATCH joins a broad coalition of civil rights and consumer groups.
