DO THIS !

The ADA WATCH mission is to activate grassroots responses to threats to the civil rights of people with disabilities.  We have launched petitions to respond to troubling judicial nominations, weakening amendments in Congress, and Supreme Court decisions that have rolled back our rights.  Please sign-on to one – or all – of these important campaigns today.  Together we can protect and strengthen our rights.  Sign-on NOW!

WATCH THIS: Stop Sutton!
Ohio Attorney Jeffrey S. Sutton is known for his work towards weakening the Americans with Disabilities Act and other civil rights laws in several recent Supreme Court cases.

WATCH THIS: Stop the ADA Notification Act.
Despite the fact that the ADA is more than a decade old and that many millions of dollars have been spent to educate businesses of their ADA responsibilities, supporters seek to delay and complicate the enforcement process.

WATCH THIS: Demand State Compliance with ADA
Citing “sovereign immunity,” the Supreme Court ruled in February 2001 that state employees could no longer sue their employers for money damages under the Title I of the ADA. ADA WATCH is petitioning states to voluntarily waive this immunity.
